  • Model L provides 30 dB of speech level reduction, helping keep team discussions from carrying into nearby work areas. Multilayer acoustic walls, laminated glass and dual seals around the door frame and glass edges work together to limit sound leakage, so small-group meetings can take place with less disturbance to colleagues outside.

  • Model L’s modular components are assembled on site to create a meeting pod for up to four people, depending on the furniture configuration. It adds an enclosed setting for project reviews, video meetings and everyday team discussions within your existing office—helping reserve larger meeting rooms for larger groups.

    Join the extension module to the existing pod using a connecting frame.

  • The Model L Video Meeting Pod is designed for hybrid meetings, video conferences, client presentations and remote interviews. It gives a small team a dedicated space to meet with remote participants and review shared content on screen.

  • It can accommodate up to four people. The face-to-face sofa layout allows participants to sit comfortably while keeping the meeting table and display visible.

  • The configuration shown includes facing sofas, a meeting table, a back panel and a display mount. The display itself and any video conferencing equipment should be confirmed separately during quotation.

  • The standard configuration provides a location for mounting a display, but the screen and conferencing equipment should not be assumed to be included. M&W can review the required screen size, mounting position, power and cable routing for the project.

  • Power options can be selected for the destination market, while frame colours, interior fabrics and finishes are available within the product range. Final requirements should be confirmed before production.

  • Confirm the delivery route, elevator dimensions and available installation area before delivery. Installation requires at least two people, a level floor, grounded power and more than 500 mm of clearance above the pod.
