Question 1

What can be tailored to the way our team works?

Accepted Answer

Custom options include solid rear walls, upholstered interior panels, whiteboards and alternative door positions. These choices let you plan where people sit, where ideas are shared and how they enter the pod. Model DZ brings these requirements together in a configuration developed around your project.

Question 2

What if a standard pod does not fit our meeting layout?

Accepted Answer

Model DZ offers custom width and depth options, with modular components assembled on site. Share your floor plan, intended number of users and preferred furniture arrangement to establish a suitable size. The dimensions and configuration are agreed for each project, so the enclosure and meeting layout can be planned together.

Question 3

How does Model XL reduce sound escaping during meetings?

Accepted Answer

Model XL combines multilayer acoustic walls, laminated glass and dual seals around the door frame and glass edges to achieve 30 dB of speech level reduction. These features help contain meeting conversations, allowing project reviews and group discussions to take place with less sound carrying into the surrounding office.

Question 4

Can we increase meeting capacity without building a fixed room?

Accepted Answer

Model XL is assembled on site from modular components, adding an enclosed meeting space for up to six people without constructing a permanent room. Choose a meeting table with six chairs for seated discussions, or a high table with six stools for a different meeting setup. Capacity depends on the selected furniture layout.

Question 5

Does a slimmer pod still provide acoustic privacy?

Accepted Answer

Model SL delivers 30 dB of speech level reduction within a body just 966 mm deep. Multilayer acoustic walls, laminated glass and dual seals around the door frame and glass edges help limit sound leakage, giving two people a more private setting for interviews, feedback sessions and face-to-face discussions.

Question 6

Can we add a two-person meeting space where depth is limited?

Accepted Answer

Model SL is assembled on site from modular components, with an external footprint of 2300 × 966 mm. Its shallow format accommodates face-to-face seating for two, making it an option for office areas where deeper meeting pods would be difficult to place. Allow space around the pod for door opening, access and installation.

Question 7

Can team discussions stay separate from the open office?

Accepted Answer

Model L provides 30 dB of speech level reduction, helping keep team discussions from carrying into nearby work areas. Multilayer acoustic walls, laminated glass and dual seals around the door frame and glass edges work together to limit sound leakage, so small-group meetings can take place with less disturbance to colleagues outside.

Question 8

How can we add meeting space without building a permanent room?

Accepted Answer

Model L’s modular components are assembled on site to create a meeting pod for up to four people, depending on the furniture configuration. It adds an enclosed setting for project reviews, video meetings and everyday team discussions within your existing office—helping reserve larger meeting rooms for larger groups.

Question 9

How does Model M keep conversations more private?

Accepted Answer

Model M combines multilayer acoustic walls, laminated glass and dual seals around the door frame and glass edges to reduce sound leakage. With a speech level reduction of 30 dB, it provides a more private setting for individual calls or two-person discussions, helping limit disturbance to colleagues working nearby.
