What should be checked before installation?

Confirm the delivery route, elevator dimensions and available installation area before delivery. Installation requires at least two people, a level floor, grounded power and more than 500 mm of clearance above the pod.

Can the power outlets and finishes be customized?

Power options can be selected for the destination market, while frame colours, interior fabrics and finishes are available within the product range. Final requirements should be confirmed before production.

Does the pod include a monitor or video conferencing system?

The standard configuration provides a location for mounting a display, but the screen and conferencing equipment should not be assumed to be included. M&W can review the required screen size, mounting position, power and cable routing for the project.

What furniture is included with this configuration?

The configuration shown includes facing sofas, a meeting table, a back panel and a display mount. The display itself and any video conferencing equipment should be confirmed separately during quotation.

How many people can use the Video Meeting Pod?

It can accommodate up to four people. The face-to-face sofa layout allows participants to sit comfortably while keeping the meeting table and display visible.

What is the Model L Video Meeting Pod designed for?

The Model L Video Meeting Pod is designed for hybrid meetings, video conferences, client presentations and remote interviews. It gives a small team a dedicated space to meet with remote participants and review shared content on screen.
