Layout optimization
How a workspace is arranged directly shapes the way sound moves through it.Strategic layout decisions help reduce noise spillover, protect quiet areas, and create an environment where focus and collaboration can coexist.

Techstars is a start-up accelerator in Knoxville, Tennessee built by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, transforming ideas into action and building the best businesses possible.
We were thrilled when we saw Techstars' inquiry through our Design My Office page. As a startup ourselves, we were eager to help Techstars in their journey to build the perfect office for their startup teams, and we understand firsthand the importance of a modern, functional workspace for productivity and growth.
The space we were tackling was originally a bank; Techstars was the first company to use it as a proper working office. Thus, there were numerous remnants of a bank, such as vault doors and deposit boxes, that we had to contend with. Moreover, Techstars wanted a space that would welcome 10 startups who each have their own projects but may frequently work together as well.
